Uncategorized expense query

I've got various expenses that don't fit neatly into the expenses categories and so try to enter the expenses under 'uncategorized expenses'. However, whenever i just keep being reverted back to 'choose a category'. What am i doing wrong and how can i fix this? Hope you can.

    Welcome to Wave! We're happy to have you!

    You can add custom categories on the Chart of Accounts page. We offer a handful of default ones based on your business type, but the list isn't meant to be complete. If you go to Chart of Accounts, under Accounting, you'll be able to add every account you might need! Let me know if you need more detailed help on this end.

    Wave will always ask you to choose a category if you haven't. You don't have to, but it's best practice to do so. It'll allow you to get the most out of your accounting.
