Looking for help in setting up wave - will pay

I am looking for someone to set up my accounts for my service (wedding celebration) business. I think I know exactly what I want, and could perhaps do it alone but I just don't have the time. Not as long as I'm running the business, and I can't stop doing that.
In brief: prospects become clients, who commission a ceremony of type A, B or C. They pay in instalments. Sometimes they buy extras. The ceremony is developed in stages (each stage is a cost centre) and delivered (another cost centre) so portions of the payment are accredited to those places. We buy adverts and internet services, and some other stuff. And I have a bank account. It's all quite straightforward.
If you know what you're doing with accounts and wave, it should be easy. Anyone interested in helping me set it up? I'd pay a reasonable fee.
