My bank account cannot connect to wave. It shown that connection limit & i need to submit request to the wave support to enable the connection again.thanks

I'd love to help, but I'll need a bit more information. Can you tell me the name of the bank you're trying to connect to, as well as the URL of the page where you log into your online banking? It'll give me a better idea of what issue you might be facing.
Note that because we use a third-party data provider for our bank connection system, we don't have direct control over bank connection issues. We do report errors to our data provider as they come up, and our data provider, in turn, resolves them following their own priority order.
