verify/Enable Bank Connection?

when i'm trying to connect my bank account i'm getting this message
Please help regarding this as there is no support email to submit the request.

Have you already submitted a request via the "Submit request" button on that page? That will send a verification request to our Support Team. After doing this, one of our support heroes will get back to you as soon as they can.
