Need to verify Bank Connection

I am trying to set up my account for a new employer to pay me. I tried connecting ny bank account and it said "submit a request with our Support Team" so I guess this is where I do that? In a public forum?

    Hi, @defhalan.

    The Bank Connection system that you access through the Bank Connections page, under Accounting, uploads transactions from your bank statement to Wave's Accounting page. The payment system is entirely separate.

    Your employer is the one who'll have to add your payment information to your profile on their Wave account, so you'll have to talk to them to get more information. They'll tell you what documentation they need and they'll be able to set that up for you.
