Importing csv bank statements

Hi There,

I am having a problem importing csv statements (my bank only provides older transactions in csv.) I have used your template to ensure the format is correct but alas the file still wont import, can you help?

    Hi, @Andrew_Liebrand.

    Can you try uploading your file to Google Sheet, downloading that document and using this new file to upload your transactions? Our CSV upload system is very sensitive to special characters and Google Sheet tends to eliminate them automatically.

    Larger CSVs can fail to upload. If your document is larger than 100 rows, try breaking it up into smaller documents of 100 rows or less.

    If neither of these troubleshooting steps helps, could you share a screenshot of a few lines of your CSV, with any personal information obscured?
