Notification of payment

My first customer paid me via emailed invoice. How long does it take for me to receive notification of payment made?

    Hi, @pasmit12000.

    When a payment is recorded to an invoice, the business owner will get a notification. This notification is sent to the primary email address on the account.

    I see that you are a collaborator on other businesses. In your case, you wouldn't receive notifications, the account's owner would.

    ...and how long does that usually take? Is that notification email within minutes of a customer successfully sending a credit card or ACH payment?

    Hi, @DavidB.

    You get a notification when the invoice is marked as paid in Wave. If you have questions about the processing of a specific payment, send me a private message with your invoice number and the name of your client. I'll be happy to look into it and give you more information if anything is out of place.
