Payment completed on wave but not bank

I had a customer make a payment by credit card. The invoice is showing paid but the funds did not go to my bank. I do not believe it was syncing at the time and I have since corrected the problem but the funds have still not got to my bank account.

    Hi, @Kgladden.

    It usually takes two business days for a credit card payment to make it to your bank account in your country. So if you were paid on Monday, the money should show up in your account before the end of the day today.

    As your payment been delayed further than those two days? If that's the case, I'm more than happy to help by investigating this late payment.
