Problem upload bank statement

Regarding: Accounting > Transactions > Upload a Bank Statement > .csv
It seems that the Bank Connection feature with Key Bank will only pull the last 3 months of records. I've manually gone into keybank.com and downloaded the all the transactions back to Jan 1st. Upon uploading the transactions to my account waveapps.com only recognizes the first 7 records, this looks like a bug in the system.
Is there another way I can upload my CSV files into the system?
Example CSV (names & numbers x'd out)
Date,Amount,Description,Ref 04/18/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM", 04/16/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM", 04/13/2018,","xx.xx","CHECK # xx","000000xxxxx", 04/04/2018,","xx.xx","DEPOSIT BRACH xxxxx STATE", 04/04/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM", 04/04/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM", 03/22/2018,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT", 03/20/2018,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT", 03/20/2018,","xx.xx","CHECK # xx","000000xxxxx", 03/09/2018,","xx.xx","DEPOSIT BRACH xxxxx STATE", 02/22/2018,","xx.xx","CHECK # xx","000000xxxxx", 02/16/2018,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT", 02/06/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM", 02/05/2018,","xx.xx","DEPOSIT BRACH xxxxx STATE", 01/29/2018,","xx.xx","DEPOSIT BRACH xxxxx STATE", 01/29/2018,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT", 01/18/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM", 01/17/2018,","xx.xx","DIRECT DEPOSIT, DEBILL.COM VERIFY", 01/02/2018,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT", 12/04/2017,","xx.xx","CHECK # xx","000000xxxxx", 11/21/2017,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT", 11/20/2017,","xx.xx","INTERNET TRF TO CLIENT-ADDED TRANSFER ACCOUNT",

Hi, @jacksonkr_.
Your CSV doesn't conform to our requirements for CSV upload, which is probably what's causing these issues. For a CSV statement to upload to Wave, it needs to only have 3 columns (Date, Description, Amount), and can't have any special characters.
You'll have to remove the "Ref" column entirely, and there are also a handful of extra commas and quote marks that might be getting in the way.
@Alexia thanks for following up.
I tried your suggestion and I received the same issue. I continued through the process anyway just in case. At the end I noticed something different that I hand't noticed before which allowed me to import all the "missing" transaction information. I tried the exact same steps with the original CSV and it worked as well. Allow me to explain what I did differently this time:
1)
Your CSV can have any number of columns but you MUST have the following columns: "Date", "Amount", and "Description"
2) Upload your CSV from the Account > Transactions page by clicking "Upload a bank statement"
3) Go through the steps to verify that the Date, Amount, and are correct.
4) After the document is uploaded make sure to pay VERY close attention to the top of the page. I can't remember the exact text but it will be working on something, displaying a spinning image. Once it is finished make sure you click the resulting link to finish importing the CSV transactions into your Account transactions. This step is misleading because it seems as though the upload is already done.
It turns out that the 7 records I was seeing is just a sample from the CSV to make sure that Date, Amount, and Description were detected correctly.
Thanks!
Hi, @jacksonkr_.
Happy to hear that! I'll make sure to pass along your feedback!
