We noticed you’re trying to connect a bank account. To continue, we’ll need to manually verify your connection request through our Support Team.
This is a routine check that our Bank Integrations Partner requires us to do for a subset of all bank connections. In other words, don’t worry—this is a normal procedure we do to keep Wave customers like you safe and secure.
To continue connecting your bank account, submit a request with our Support Team. They’ll enable your bank connection and have you up and running in no time.

Hi, @CSKE.
I forwarded your request to the right team and it'll be processed as soon as possible. It usually takes about one business day for these requests to be processed, so you should be able to connect to your bank account by end of day on Monday.
