Deleted checking account but can't connect to credit card account

I had a checking account and credit card account with BOA. I deleted the checking account (because I opened a new account with a different bank). Now I can't connect to my BOA credit card account. It says I deleted my account. But it was only the checking account I deleted. How can I get my credit card account back.

    Did you have the credit card connected before? I don't know if you could just go through the steps of adding a new account to try to connect it again.
