Are you asking about how to add new accounts on your Chart of Accounts to keep track of income or expenses related to a specific product, or how to separate your products on invoices by group?
If it's the first one, you can do that from the Chart of Accounts, under Accounting. Then, you'll be able to change the income or expense account linked to a given product or service on the Products and Services page.
If it's the latter, it isn't something that Wave can do at this time, but I'd love to hear more about how you would use a feature like this one.

example:- stamp
1) Stamp -> selfink stamp
2) Stamp -> index stamp
example:- business card
1) Business card -> normal
2) business card -> folded
3) Business card -> die cut

Because products are organized in alphabetical order, you could still use a similar format.
If you named them, for example...
Those would all get grouped together on the product page. You could order them as you prefer on actual invoices afterwards.
