importing transaction from a second account

I have successfully imported transactions from one bank account however from my second bank account initially only the balance was being imported and no historic transactions.
When I retried again no transactions but balance was showing. Any ideas ?

    Hi, @Naveen.

    Which one of your bank connections is causing problems? Sometimes, it's just a matter of clicking "update now" for that connection.

    Let me know which bank is failing to import transactions and I'll see if I can't find where the issue lies.
