I need to connect my payoneer account

Hello,
I've tried to connect my Payoneer account but its required to create a ticket with support. How to connect?

    Can you give me more information on what happened when you tried? Did it just ask you for a verification? If that's the case, I can put in a request for you.

    The request can take up to 24 hours to be processed. You'll be able to set up your bank connection shortly.

    The verification was done. I'm investigating what might've happened as we speak.

    Is this for an account under the same email you use on your Community account? If not, could you send me a private message with the right email address?

    can payoneer checking account be connected to wave???

    Hi, @comfort,

    Wave does connect with Payoneer checking accounts. It's on the list as "Payoneer(US)".

    @Alexia Hello, i have the same case with the same message (https://prnt.sc/ki0rr0). what i should to do? i have made support request, but without any reaction from it. what is the reason of such behavior?
