Bank Connection & Receipts Functionality Unreliable

I updated my bank feed this morning for Chase and all except three transactions came through into my Transactions tab. Has anyone else experienced this?

I also had two receipts that I categorized and posted to accounting that didn't come through to my transactions tab. Anyone else have that happen before?

I'm really trying to make Wave work for me, but I can't use it if it's going to be unreliable like this and cost me more time trying to figure out discrepancies related to software errors.

Hi @lisamarie616.

There are issues between our bank data provider and Chase right now. According to the latest updates, our data provider expects this to be resolved by August 14th.

My recommendation here would be to disconnect your bank account entirely until then and upload your bank statement manually. The process is quick and easy, you can find instructions on how to do it here.
