Bank connection doesn't work

Hello, could you please help me with this, I see the bank connection and everything but wave can't connect with the bank there is a problem. It says: "your bank needs you to review your account details. Log in to your online banking and fill out any information that is required, then try to connect to wave again" but everything is ok in the bank, what thing I have to review exactly in the bank web page or what I can do to connect this.. thanks a lot

    Hi, @Lauraarco12.

    From what I can see on this end, there's an error related to multi-factor identification with your connection. Do you have that set up? If not, it might be a requirement for your particular bank. You'll have to log into your online banking and make sure that you are set up for multi-factor identification.

    Once that's done, try to remove that bank connection entirely and add it again.
