verify your bank connection

I tried connecting my bank account and it said "submit a request with our Support Team" so I guess this is where I do that? Apparently the SUPPORT TEAM will be able to enable me to do that? Please help

    I sent in a verification request for you. It'll take up to 24 hours to process. You should be able to try to connect again at this time tomorrow!
