No password for bank account

How do I just use my routing number and account number to connect to my bank?
I don't have a direct password.

    Hi, @judiG.

    I'm happy to look into what might be happening. Could you tell me which bank you're trying to connect to, as well as give me the address for the login page for your online banking?

    It's ok. I opened a new account at my bank and used it.
