Not Downloading Transactions from Nat West Bank

I am updating my bank accounts via wave and although the message states that this has been done, I have no transactions being imported since the last week in August. It always seems to be a few days behind and it is not really helping me get the accounts done.
Can anyone help?

Hi, @Perky2512,
There can a delay after a transaction happens in the real world before it appears in Wave, usually no more than a business day or two. Are you able to update your transactions manually, by going to the Bank Connection page and clicking "Update now"?
It might also be worth trying to clear your browser's cache before trying again. It can sometimes help with issues like this one.
