Hi i am trying to establish a banking connection with nedbank swaziland _ keep getting the following error "There is a technical issue between Wave and your bank. We're on the case. Attempt to update in a few days and if it persists, visit our help center to investigate._

    Hi, @GeneralChuchu,

    We use a third-party data provider for our bank connection system. While it allows us to connect to thousands of banks worldwide, it means we don't have direct power over resolving issues that can come up. We do report issues to our data provider, who then work towards resolving them following their own priority order.

    In the case of your bank, there seems to have been an update to its website that wasn't accounted for by our data provider. Until the connection is fixed, you'll have to upload your bank statements manually. Here's how you can do this.
