Bank connections issues

Hallo I have tried to connect my wave account to my Kenyan account.The account is Equity Bank Kenya and it’s also in the list but once I try to connect it not going through.Am loosing a lot of business in the UK and US because of this issue.If someone can assist me on this issue I will really appreciate as you know time wasted is always money wasted.

    Hi, @Kakon_Enterprise2018,

    We use a third-party data provider for our bank connection system. While it allows us to connect to thousands of banks throughout the world, it limits how much we can do to fix issues related to bank connections directly. We report those issues back to our data provider, who then work to resolve them following their own priority order.

    I recommend uploading your bank statements to Wave, for the time being. Here's how you can do this.
