We don't have a precise timeline to offer as to when every Wave account will be moved over to the new version, but we are working on bringing the new version to everyone as soon as we can. Our priority throughout this process is to ensure the integrity of your data, so we do have to be careful about how we proceed.
We're hoping to be done with the migration in the next few months, but I can't give specific dates. It's coming, that much I can assure you.
You absolutely can! All new accounts made in Wave automatically use the new version, so creating a new account entirely would allow you to get around our timeline. Even if you chose to wait, you could still use this new account as a preview of the new features that are on the way!

Hi @Alexia thank you for replying back. the latest version seems lot better and the reconciliation isn't available on Older version.
We were thinking of creating new account and move it to newer/latest version if its taking few months
