adding journal transaction: Owner's Equity/Drawing (newbie question)

Hi!
Question here... sorry for the dumb question. I have a bit knowledge about accounting. but not so deep. here is my transaction... I am withdrawing cash to my business for personal use. so in transaction tab, I chose "add journal transaction". so for debit account, I chose "Owner Investment /Drawing" and for credit "Cash on Hand. The problem is, it is not reflecting to the balance sheet, account balances, and trial balance. But in general ledger, it is showing up.

    Hi, @TPAC,

    There was an issue with balances and reports not updating over the weekend. You can read a bit more about that here. Are you still experiencing this issue? It should now be resolved.

    thank you! everything looks great now. I almost doubted myself and my university. I thought everything I learned in my college days were mistakes. haha. anyway thank you for your explanation. cheers!
