printing customer statements

Good day everyone, I mailed support but they have not come back to me yet, why can one not print customer statements? I dont want to send the link to a customer, I want to print it or save to PDF like an invoice or estimate. Please could you help me? Thanks

    Hey Craig,

    It's only possible to send customer statements as a link, but you can work around this if you'd like to save a statement as a PDF or print it out.

    Generate a customer statement, and click "Send." In the dropdown that appears, copy the link. Open an incognito window, and paste the link.

    Right click the page, and select "Print." You should be able to print the statement, or save it as a PDF in the printer options window.
