I changed my email address but need to inform all my customers on Wave
How do I inform all my customers of my changed e mail address ?
It isn't possible to do this directly through Wave, as Wave doesn't have any CRM features at this time. You could use the "Customer" file you can obtain from the Global Export feature to compile a list of your customer's email addresses, and use that to email all of them.
To do this, click on Settings in the menu on the left, and go to "Data export". Choose a format and you'll be sent a download link by email. You'll find the customer list as one of the documents in that file.
