Earlier transactions (as csv file) not importing

Hi, I'm trying to import earlier transactions from my bank accounts, which I previously downloaded and saved as csv files. Everything works fine until the transactions actually get imported, at which point there's a turning wheel and a message saying "Your transactions are being imported from your bank statement .Please check back in a few minutes." Except it has been hours and hours, and no joy. Same problem yesterday. Help?? The csv file isn't huge at all.

Hi @Anja-thanks for reaching out. Generally, files with 100 transactions or less work with the most ease, however I see you mention that it's not a big file. Are you still experiencing issue with your file? Can you let us know if browser troubleshooting resolves it? You might want to disable any extensions, or clear your cache and cookies to see if it then works!
