Community America Bank Account Not Updating - Connection Refreshing Times Out

I cannot get my account info to update from my Community America Credit Union account. It's been unable to connect for the last couple of days. I've tried re-entering the login info, switching browser, using an incognito tab. None of those attempts have worked.

It has connected previously, but now it just says "refreshing connections" for several minutes and then fails. Afterward, I get a message saying "An attempt to communicate with your bank has timed out. Please re-enter your credentials and try updating/connecting again in a few minutes. visit our help center if the problem persists."

I've tried repeatedly today with no luck. Any ideas? Anyone else having problems?

    Nothing? No help?

    Still having problems today. Tried clearing my cache. Still having the same issue. Does anyone from tech support monitor these forums?

    Hi @mloide ! Sorry to hear about any issues connecting your credit union. Our team monitor the community regularly and daily but, as we're still pretty small, sometimes it can take a little while to respond to all posts that come in! This is definitely still significant to us, though. I can see the time out issue on our end- sometimes, that really is all it takes (time)!
