How do you add transactions from your personal account ?

We opened our business in February 2018 and had a bookkeeper until May 2018. We transitioned to ADP and Wave. Is the first time I am personally using any software. Up to recently we have been using the credit card and debit card of our business. We also been using our own personal card debit card and credit card. We have already uploaded all the receipts and statements from the business account. Now, we don't know how to make the transactions from our personal account.
