Uploading Bank statement

I often upload bank statements in CSV format. When I work with CSV, I assign the alternate account for debit or credit. It uploads successfully, however I have to go through each transaction to classify the transaction which I don't like. Is there any way so that when I upload the statement, I can classify in bulk not individual transaction? Thank you in advance for your tips.
