Chase Credit Card account problem - weird error message...
I had no problem connecting my Chase CC account back in Feb. It stopped updating in late August and despite all my efforts (i.e. all recommended troubleshooting on both ends) I've had no luck updating. I disconnected my CC account and have been trying to re-connect it but am met by this message:
"Your bank has indicated that you did not enter your security credentials quickly enough. Try to connect again again and enter your security information right away. Multiple attempts to connect will be required for all security questions to be answered. If this does not help, or you keep seeing this error, visit our help center to investigate the problem."
I was not presented with any security questions to answer. I read this is an issue for Yodlee. Can I get some assistance getting this resolved with them?

Same issue. For some reason, it's only happening with Chase...
@ghostrock @Ol_Dawg Thanks for reporting this to us. We were previously having a known issue with Yodlee and Chase in terms of pulling transactions and the accounts not being updated/being able to be logged into. If you could please send me your email address/business names via DM I would be happy to further investigate what's going on to see if we can escalate more cases up to Yodlee to get the problem resolved quicker (if it's still occurring).
