Dear Wave team

I am having trouble with my wave invoicing and keep getting an error on my system.

I need your urgent assistance please.

    Hey Jessica,

    I'd recommend trying some browser troubleshooting here first. Teh steps below should help:

    1) Clear your browser history, cache, and cookies
    2) Please restart your computer.
    3) Is your browser updated? If not please update.
    4) Sometimes browser extension will create problems, if you have extensions like ad blocker, please temporarily disable them.
    5) Try a different browser. Generally, Chrome, and Firefox are the most stable.

    If you keep getting the same error message after, can you post some screenshots here?
