PayPal not downloading

I've been having issues with the paypal integration for quite some time. I've even gone to lengths to recreate the integration. I can change the date of the integration and Wave will pull in some transactions, but not all. I used to be able to pull a couple of weeks at a time, but now it's hit or miss and I never get them all. If Wave isn't going to have something that works AND they're not going to help with this, then why offer it?

Hey @bamabulldog, I definitely agree. This PayPal integration has given us (and more importantly our users) a lot of trouble with the connection being stable.

We're working on, and have rolled out, two potential solutions however. One is to disconnect the integration, and then head to Banking > Bank Connections, and integrating PayPal that way (as if it were a banking partner).

The other, and the most stable, is to remove the integration directly in Wave, and instead use Zapier to integrate it again. There's more information here: https://zapier.com/apps/wave/integrations Because Zapier is an automation software, you can have it setup so that anytime a PayPal transaction occurs, a mirror transaction is made in Wave, rather than relying on the integration to actually pull the data.
