Admins: I'm new and way out of my depth!

Please help. I've set this all up but I'm confused by some of the terminology. I've just linked to my bank and I don't quite understand how it should work. I've linked to both the business account and a savings account I created to put a percentage of earnings in which will sit there until we need to pay our taxes. I'm going to give access to an accountant but I want it to all be tidied up and clear first. Are there video tutorials to guide me on how to make the most of the software. I love it by the way!
