You have three layout options/templates to choose for your invoices and estimates: contemporary, modern, and classic. You can choose between options by visiting Settings > Invoice Customization. You can also choose an accent color that will be reflected on the invoice.
Right now we don't have the ability to customize individual components on the invoice, such as moving the logo around or adjusting spacing.
