New Bank Account Connection

Hello All,

I connected a new bank account almost 7 days ago and selected the option to import from as far back as possible. However, nothing old has been imported yet. The only thing being imported are new activity. I've logged out, cleared cookies, and turned restarted my computer. Still, I haven't had luck with any old imports. Suggestions?

Hey @ovhenderson! One thing that I suggest is completely deleting the connection and then re-adding it, then select back to 90 days -- majority of banks will only allow imports from that far back. Perhaps this will kick start getting your old data into Wave, however, if not, you will need to make sure that you manually upload your bank statements from prior months.
