Change Stripe settings for new bank acct

Hi
I've changed my bank acct settings in Stripe so the credit card payments are sent to my new bank acct, but it is not working. Payments still go to old bank acct. I can't close the old one until new one is working. I've been asking for assistance with this for 12 months.

    Hi Ty11,

    Because of how the integration between Stripe and Wave works, once your bank account is updated in Stripe, there's nothing in Wave that would prevent payouts from going to the updated account (pretty much all of the actual bank settings exist on the Stripe side of things).

    What I think might be happening here is that payouts that were already in transit were being sent to the older bank account. If your bank account is updated in Stripe, then any new payouts should be sent to the new, updated account.

    If you find that new payouts are still going to the old bank account, then I'd reach out to support@stripe.com to see if they can take a look!
