Adding Expenses to an Estimate

I just started using wave, and I'm excited about the features. In my Trucking business I would like to add line item expenses to the estimate. All I see in the account to apply are INCOME accounts. How can I attach an expense, such as Fuel, to an estimate?

Hi @Errolv, at this time, you cannot add expense accounts to the items on your estimates and invoices. However, we have an article that goes over how you can record reimbursements: https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000588103-Claim-reimbursable-expenses-on-an-invoice
