I like creating a business for my clients and adding them as a collaborator. What are your thoughts? One reason I do this is that if I need to have another employee or contractor work this account then I can add the additional collaborator without waiting on the client as well as I can add and remove collaborators that they hirer or let go to limit access to just those who need it.
