Bank Connections - Change payment account and re-download

When I initially added my credit card, I accidentally left the "Payment Account" as my chequing account, thinking that was correct because that's the account I use to pay my credit card.
That resulted in all transactions appearing under my chequing account. I tried to bulk change them but changing the account was not an option, so I deleted them. Then I went to Bank Connections and turned the credit card connection OFF, set the start date, and then turned on again and clicked "Update Now". It goes through a process but the last updated time does not update and the transactions I already downloaded (and deleted) are not re-downloaded. Is there any way to get them to download again?
