Hi All,
I am evaluating Wave for use with a small business. Unfortunately my bank made some changes in their login procedures in December and as a result, it appears Yodlee is not working properly with the bank.
Could someone explain to me the process involved in requesting this to be investigated?
Also, my login at this bank is associated with 5 unique business checking accounts. Is this something that Yodlee/Wave is able to handle?

I probably should have provided the bank URL. It is www.republicbank.com
Also, the specific login prompt involved here is at the following URL:
https://www.republicbank.com/home/business
It requires login ID and password and then proceeds to a 2FA process.
Hello @vronp. Thank you for letting us know of the change. A lot of the time, our third party data provider isn't notified of changes to a bank's online site right away. There is often a delay of a few days during which changes are modified and accounted for. In your case, it seems like it took an additional 3 days after you posted here for the update and that your transactions are flowing into Wave again. Please let me know if that is not the case and I will look into it right away.
