instead of making a bill, for everyday purchases of business material and tools which is being paid right away. how can I record that and shows in my expenses?

Hi @markedmundvicuna ! Yes, you can upload receipts for those transactions and add them immediately, or simply add expense transactions from the Transactions page to record day-to-day costs.
