Why don't all journal entries show up in the P&L

I'm new to Wave and very frustrated. I can't get my credit cards to download (a whole other issue), so I made Journal Entries to reflect the charges for the month, with each charge on the statement as an expense to the right expense account. In the General Ledger, the entries show up exactly as entered, but when I run a P&L, some individual expenses show up, and some don't. Example: Journal Entry with two expenses, dues and subscriptions $113, and Computer-Hosting $48.35, with a credit to Chase credit card liability account for $162.35. All 3 "entries" show up on the General Ledger, but when I run a P&L for the month, the Dues/Subscriptions expense shows up, Computer-Hosting does not. What am I missing?
