Shifting bank accounts from Property, Plant, & Equipment into Cash & Bank

I connected my bank, and it pulled in my long term savings accounts (Retirement and Tax Free Savings Account). I want to put my TFSA into my 'Cash and Bank' category, but it won't let me change it's allocation. I want to do this, because I just transferred money out of that into my bank account, and I can't set up the 'transfer from, transfer to' accurately in the 'transactions' tab. Do I just do a 'journal entry' in the 'transactions' tab? As that allows me to credit TFSA and debit my chequing so effectively records the transaction?
