HSBC linking business account not working

Hi there, linking my HSBC business acount is not working. I get the error message that HSBC site is not working and to try log on there. My log on works fine there so why is Wave not connecting to it? After Username and password are through and it asks what my security code is, is that the code generated by the code generator device I have?

I'd be happy to help figure out what may be happening here. Let's first confirm whether the connection we have listed for that bank will work for you.
For HSBC, can you confirm which one of these URLs works for you?

The reason I want to confirm whether these work for you is that those URLs are what our third party data provider uses to connect the bank to Wave. If those don't happen to work, then we may need to dig deeper to see whether the account types you have with those banks are supported. (Ex: Banking vs Credit Card).
Please let me know if those work and we'll go from there.

I have been having this issue for 3 months now. Never been able to connect an HSBC business account to Wave.
Of the above the https://www.business.hsbc.co.uk/1/2 link works for me. But in wave when I put in the details (Username, password and code) I get the error message that my bank is locked out. But it isn't because I then go to a clean browser and log in directly which is fine.

That particular URL that you have confirmed works for you is actually for HSBC Business (UK). I can see that on the backend, you have been connecting to HSBC Business(MiVision) (UK). Could you try connecting to HSBC Business (UK) and see if that makes a difference at all? I've included a screenshot of all of the different HSBC Business (UK) available. Please let me know how it goes.

I solved this... It wasn't any of the links.. In fact it turned out that I had to enable Flash player to work on the webpage. This would then enable the PINcode to be entered and go through.
