Help! Profit:Loss

Hi! Trying to determine why my profit loss report doesn’t include all of our income and expenses... it seems half of our total income isn’t on the report but it’s in our “sales”... I have the dates correct... suggestions?

    Hi @AthleticOut, happy to help you out!

    If you're comfortable with it, can you reply with some screenshot examples of a transaction that isn't showing up on the income statement, but does show up under your transactions page/properly categorized with your sales income? We'll take a look to see how everything is set up so we can help you.

    I am trying to pull a P&L from 2016, but it only goes back to 2017. How can I do that?

    Hey @Priscilla904 . Are you sure that you have information entered in for 2016? Can you go into your Transactions page in Wave (Accounting > Transactions) and confirm this?
