Cash-Based Accounting report less income than accrual based

Hi

I have used the workaround to show cash based accounts by going to reports > cash flow then selecting cash only.

Comparing this to the profilt/loss statement, the cash based report has a higher income total and I don't understand why.

Can anyone help please?
