User Permission Capabilities

Hi,

I would like to ask a question regarding user permission. Is there any user type that does NOT have capabilities in seeing the reports (balance sheet, income statement, etc). I would like a user whose access is only to input transaction.

    Hi @jirifarm! Thanks for your inquiry. As of now, the Admin, Editor and Viewer roles have full or view access to accounting and reports. The Payroll Manager role has access to only Payroll and thus would not see reports but would also be unable to input a transaction. When you say "input a transaction," do you mean input an accounting transaction or input a sales transaction? What concerns you about the user being able to see your financial reporting?
