how to download excel or cvs formats

I want to import my clients to mailchimp and also need to download all the data I can for my CPA but I see only the option to print invoices and such. This means I pay the CPA more money or I spend the time formatting that to an excel. Is there a way to export in a new file format?

Hey @elizabeth51. You should be able to go to your Settings, select 'Data Export' under the Others section in Wave. From here, you will be able to export your 'Transactions' which will include all the information you are looking for (including customer data in a CSV format).
I am having the same issue @elizabeth51 , there doesn't seem to be an option to download a customer list, only transactions
@elizabeth51 if you choose the download all transactions file the customer list is amongst it.
Couldn't you let your CPA be a collaborator (admin level) so that they can view the data directly and download what they need whilst they prepare your accounts?
