My bank connections fail everytime

I am wondering if I will ever be able to connect Wave to my bank account with Greater Community Bank. I don't like the idea of having to upload the monthly statement. Everytime I try to connect my account it tells me I'm not entering the correct credentials but I know I am... I really want to use your software but if I cannot connect my bank for automatic updates then its a waste of time and I will go set up with Quickbooks

Hey @JandBee this may be an issue with our banking data aggregator being unable to connect directly to your bank, but that being said could you send me a DM/private message with the email you use to login to Wave? We can take a look on our end to see if there is an errors turning up that can be resolved!
