Where has the "select 2 transactions and mark them as a transfer" feature gone?

I have recently been upgraded to the new version of Waveapps and I mostly love it so thanks very much for that. My only gripe and it is a significant gripe is that I can no longer select 2 transactions and mark them as a transfer. Or at least I cannot figure out how to do this.

There is a seemingly "new" feature where you can select 1 transaction and make it a transfer which then automatically creates a corresponding transaction to "complete" the transfer. This is useless to me as I don't want waveapps to automatically create a new matching transaction for me, I already have the 2 transactions in my accounts that represent the transfer, I just need to link them and mark them as the transfer.

Please can someone show me how to do this, it was super easy under the old version and now it seems to have disappeared.
